By accessing or using the Bossa AI sales management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Platform is intended for authorized sales team members only. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Authorized Use

Access to this Platform is granted only to individuals invited by an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Lead Data and Client Information

All lead and client information entered into the Platform is the property of Bossa AI. You agree to:

• Only enter accurate and truthful information about leads and businesses.
• Not fabricate, falsify, or duplicate lead submissions to manipulate commission calculations.
• Keep all lead and client data confidential and not share it outside the Platform.
• Use lead data solely for legitimate sales activities on behalf of Bossa AI.

4. Commissions and Payments

Commission calculations are based on verified lead submissions and performance metrics tracked within the Platform. Bossa AI reserves the right to:

• Review and verify all commission-eligible activities before approval.
• Withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible submissions.
• Modify commission structures with reasonable notice to team members.
• Require verification of payment method details before processing cashouts.

5. Social Media Features

If you use the Social Planner to connect and publish to social media accounts, you agree that:

• You have the authority to connect those social media accounts.
• All content published must comply with the respective platform's terms of service.
• You will not publish false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• You may disconnect your accounts at any time from the Platform settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than authorized sales activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Share confidential business or client information with unauthorized parties.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity related to leads, commissions, or appointments.

7. Termination

Bossa AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Outstanding commissions for verified, legitimate activities prior to termination will be honored per standard payout timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Bossa AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Bossa AI makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Bossa AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated to team members.
